At La Estacion we use local products from the Island. Freshly ground spices season our dishes which are simply grilled over charcoal. Seasonal native fruits and vegetables are found in salads, dipping sauces and fresh juices for cocktails. The fish we offer come from local waters. At La Estacion we mix the traditional and the innovative, creating a new interpretation of Puerto Rican cuisine and capturing the true flavor of the Caribbean.
