We at La Estacio'n use only the freshest, local ingredients available. We make our own BBQ sauce and salad dressings, blend our own spices and cook using natural charcoal.
Island life is unpredictable, therefore, our menu may change slightly from day to day based on freshness, quality and availability.
Keep in mind that the menu is small for it is supplemented by specials that are also dictated by the seasons.
