In 2006, Kevin Roth and Idalia Garcia opened La Estacion in the popular coastal town of Fajardo, on the eastern-most tip of Puerto Rico. La Estacion has received attention from Nation's Restaurant News, The Wall Street Journal, NY Times and all of the major newspapers in Puerto Rico.
